Job Description
Our HR IT department cooperates closely with the central department located in Germany to keep HR IT systems of BOSCH running, up to date and prepared for the future. Our team is looking for an HR IT Group Manager to lead our team and support major digitalization projects, joining our dynamic and multicultural Global Business Services organization in Lisbon, assuming the following responsibilities:
Your contribution to something big:
- Alignment of all activities and goals of HR-IT support on the corporate strategy
- Support the HR Digitalization program from overall perspective with the team members
- Definition and setup of the organizational structure and operation processes
- Providing leadership to the topic owners (guidance, coaching and supporting)
- Identification of training needs and development possibilities for the associates
- Coordination, collaboration and setting up network within the EMEA CPE HR IT team.
- Safeguarding the stability and continuous improvement of existing and new systems to guarantee SLA`s
- Managing the stakeholder expectations inside of HRZ global team and also from BD and HR/HRS perspective
- Supporting the budget planning process for GS/HRZ4 team in line with central and HRS Lisbon location
- Following up the cost, headcount related topics and make adjustments during the year depending on the needs
- Monitoring of the agreed capacity of the group and liaising regularly with internal stakeholders on service evolution and performance
- Optimizing internal collaboration; discussing and implementing continuous improvement measures to standardize internal processes
- Steering of recruitment and onboarding of new team members
- Participating in global leadership management meetings to drive information exchange, communicate service development and results, promote alignment between teams
- Overseeing Analytics topics in ACE team, driving the strategic aspects and planning of analytics delivery topics from Lisbon team perspective.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
- Degree in Management, IT or similar (Master preferred)
- Extensive and progressive work experience in both project and people management
- Broad functional IT expertise, focusing on HR product portfolio
- Strong service-mindset to different level of customers
- Functional knowledge about HR processes and HR systems are strong assts
- Familiarity with international and multicultural working environments and virtual teams
- Demonstrated track record of well-honed problem-solving skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Negotiation and convincing skills
- Continuous-learning mindset; openness to treat ambiguity without top-down approach
- Exceptional communication skills in fluent English, both written and spoken (C1 level); German and/or other languages are strong assets
