About the role

As an HR Generalist at Alleima, you will play a crucial role in handling the day —to —day HR operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to team inquiries, working with Lead HR Generalist and HR Manager to offer advice, and manage concerns. Inquiries may include assisting employees in navigating Dayforce and Workday HRIS systems 

  • Time and attendance management in Dayforce to ensure all employees complete their timesheet submissions, auditing payroll reports for accuracy and reporting needs to payroll such as reimbursements, pay changes, new hires, schedule changes 

  • Lead talent acquisition process to include management training of recruitment approval process, creation of job ads, and posting and managing job requisitions in Workday. Handling full cycle recruitment including interview scheduling, travel arrangements, conducting competency-based interviews, and pre-employment and onboarding of new hires.

  • Maintain accurate and up to date HR files, records and documentation. Strong commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality of information.

  • Working cross functionally with HR service center regarding payroll processing and benefits administration. 

  • Managing internal communication by updating Xibo digital signage for employee engagement events including anniversary & birthday reports, new hire announcements and information for team members 

About You

You have 2 —3 years of experience in HR and hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management. While SHRM certification is a plus, your ability to work with minimal supervision and guidance is essential. Your experience in talent acquisition, time and attendance management, and employee relations will be invaluable in this role.
