Job Description
As an HR Generalist, you will play a vital role in supporting various HR functions and managing payroll processes. This position is designed to give you a well-rounded experience in human resources and payroll management while providing opportunities for growth and development.
Recruitment/Onboarding:

Support the recruitment team with creating and posting job advertisements.

Screen resumes and coordinate/conduct preliminary interviews.

Assist in conducting HR orientation and onboarding for new hires.
Employee Engagement:
-
Support the design and implementation of employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction.

Assist in planning and coordinating employee events, recognition programs, and wellness activities.
Payroll Management:
-
Assist in processing employee payroll accurately and on time.

Review and validate timesheets and other payroll data.

Ensure the payroll process complies with local laws.

Resolve any payroll discrepancies quickly.
Employee Benefits:

Administer health insurance and other employee benefits.

Enroll new employees in benefits plans and update existing ones.

Answer employee questions about their benefits.
Compliance and Audits:

Ensure payroll and benefits comply with company policies and laws.

Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation.

Stay updated on changes in payroll and benefits laws.

Ensure employees follow HR policies and procedures.
Employee Support:

Provide excellent customer service to employees regarding payroll and benefits.

Educate new employees about payroll processes and benefits.
Additional Duties:

Support various administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentially.
