Global Forwarding delivers cargo across our global network via road, rail, sea, and air. From loose cartons for consolidation and palletised cargo to moving dangerous goods and bulk commodities, we have the experience, the infrastructure, and the global network to get freight moving – across towns, across countries and across continents.
The opportunity

Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process for all non-managerial positions in alignment with the organization's objectives.

Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.

Establish and update a human resource database and various recruitment data reports and statistical analyses requested by business.

Manage causal workers and contractors by leveraging recruiting agencies.

Provide administration support to HR Managers on full spectrum of HR tasks

Support HR related project and ad hoc tasks assigned by managers.
What you’ll need to succeed

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Have 2+ years working experience in recruitment or a similar role, with a track record of successful hiring campaigns.

Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Language proficiency: Native in Mandarin/Korean and Fluent both in English & Korean / Mandarin.
