Job Description
We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist for our new, air controlled Seguin, Texas Plant.
MUST HAVE STRONG Payroll experience, ADP Workforce Now, E-Time, Kronos!!!! Bi-Lingual a MUST!
Essential Job Functions:

Perform onboarding activities to include orientation and ensuring all documentation is accurate.

Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll timely and accurately.
Work closely with the Corporate Payroll Manager on planned changes and to resolve any pay or system related issues.
- Participates in the implementation and dissemination of company HR policies, Employee Handbook.
- Ensures the accuracy, security and integrity of human resource systems such as HRIS data and entries, general employee statistics, progression raises, attendance, training, payroll, benefits, workers compensation, vacations, injuries, disciplinary action, insurance information, employee recruitment, employee retention, new hires, terminations, exit interviews, pay raises, promotions, transfers, leave of absence, etc.
- Provides HRIS reports for management as needed.
- Manages the process to fill and eliminate hourly jobs per local contract or procedures.
- Communicates company policy and procedures. As requested may represent the company to employees, governmental agencies, the company’s insurance carriers and other HR-related vendors.
- Ensures the equitable and accurate administration of employee benefit programs such as 401K, group health/dental/vision, short- and long-term disability within the location.
- May assist in administration of state (e.g. Unemployment) and federal (e.g. OSHA, FMLA, HIPPA) programs, as well as any third-party certification processes (TS/ISO) within area of responsibility.
- May direct the work of an HR Assistant.
- May assist with the safety function and/or payroll activities within the location.
