Functioning as one Global Procurement team across all Telenor markets, we enable Telenor’s strategic ambitions by becoming a centre of expertise in the pursuit of efficient operations. TPC seeks qualified procurement professionals that are comfortable working in a global setup in the fast-paced Telecom field.

About the Role

As a HR Generalist, you will play a key role in driving and overseeing various aspects of people and culture management to enhance productivity and ensure effective HR service delivery.  Reporting to the Director – Head of HR, this dynamic role offers the opportunity to engage in HR initiatives, fostering a culture of excellence and engagement.

Main Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment and maintaining job descriptions.
• Support performance management processes and HR process improvements.
• Contribute to employee engagement and HR operations.
• Foster positive employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Enhance employer branding and participate in campus recruitment and events.
• Work on special projects and/or any other tasks as and when assigned.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 2–3 years of HR experience, ideally in a multinational environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with HR systems and Singapore employment laws.
