ProArch is seeking an experienced HR Executive (HRBP) to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to our leadership, guiding business decisions and ensuring that our human resources practices align with the company's goals and objectives. You will play a critical role in delivering HR initiatives that drive engagement, performance, and organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct HR interviews and provide timely feedback to the respective TA Point of Contact. Assist with onboarding to ensure seamless integration of new hires into their respective business departments.
- Initiate Background Verification (BGV) checks for all new joiners.
- Work with insurance vendor to take care of monthly additions and deletions.
- Manage the offboarding process, including conducting exit interviews to gather meaningful feedback for continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate and updated HR data and monthly reports such as attrition analysis, resource trackers, and timesheets for FTEs and contractors.
- Handle special leave requests (paternity, maternity, bereavement, comp-off) in coordination with department heads, ensuring compliance with company policy.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to create and implement training plans that support department-specific professional development.
- Plan and execute the annual pay raise cycle, ensuring all reports are prepared and submitted within deadlines.
- Ensure quarterly/yearly performance reviews are conducted on schedule. Provide guidance on Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) when necessary.
- Act as the primary HR contact for the business unit, addressing employee concerns and resolving issues. Conduct regular employee connects and encourage small group discussions with BU heads. Engage in BU monthly meetings to align HR strategies with business goals. Plan for conducting some employee engagement activities monthly /Quarterly.
- Share monthly payroll inputs with the payroll department and ensure accurate payroll processing. Address statutory notices (PF, ESI, PT, Income Tax) in collaboration with the finance department and visit statutory offices when required.
- Monitor and analyze attrition data to identify trends. Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement and reduce attrition within the business unit. Must update attrition reports in time.
- Develop a strong understanding of BU operations and strategic direction to provide proactive HR support. Partner with BU leaders, client partners, and HR colleagues to meet people-related objectives and resolve challenges.
- Address grievances and conflicts impartially while ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal requirements. Guide managers on disciplinary actions, terminations, and legal obligations.
- Analyze HR metrics to recommend improvements in processes and policies. Be adaptable and ready to take on additional responsibilities as required by the role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- At least 3+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner role.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
