Job Description
The HR Executive will play a key role in managing daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, training, and performance management. The role involves supporting the development of HR policies and ensuring their implementation, as well as fostering a positive work environment that aligns with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees, including orientation and training.
- Maintain an active talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Employee Relations & Engagement
- Address employee queries and manage grievances in a timely manner.
- Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives, including team-building activities, recognition programs, and wellness efforts.
- Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
- HR Policies & Compliance
- Assist in developing, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures in line with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure the organization complies with labor laws and employment standards.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to HR policies.
- Performance Management
- Support the performance review process, including distributing appraisal forms and coordinating review meetings.
- Assist in identifying training and development needs based on performance appraisals.
- Implement continuous feedback mechanisms to enhance employee performance and growth.
- Compensation & Benefits Administration
- Handle payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
- Administer employee benefits, such as leave management, medical insurance, and other welfare programs.
- Maintain records of employee attendance, leaves, and overtime.
- HR Data & Reporting
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system.
- Generate HR reports for management review, including headcount, turnover, and training data.
- Provide insights into workforce analytics to support HR planning.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in HR roles.
- Familiarity with HR software and payroll systems.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
