At NN Group, we are looking for a HR Digital Specialist to join our team. Our team works extensively with Workday and plays a crucial role in further digitizing our HR processes. As an HR Digital Specialist, you will be a key figure in optimizing HR systems and translating the latest trends into innovative solutions within our company. What you are going to do

As an HR Digital specialist at NN, you will make sure that our processes run smoothly within our global HR systems, like Workday and ServiceNow. You will take care of all matters related to support & change of our business processes and data in these systems. So doing, you will provide every employee with easy access to all the information they need so they are better equipped to do their job: protecting what matters most to our 20 million customers.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Support: solve incidents and implement change requests in our global HR systems, focused on a specific area like Talent & Performance, Learning or Compensation & Benefits
  • Project & change: contribute to projects as a digital specialist and consultant. In this role you will work together with colleagues in 10 countries
  • Digitalizing our HR processes and finding improvements and create innovative solutions
  • Ensuring that our digital HR processes are easy to use and as efficient as possible
  • Use your expertise to push our customers to improve the quality of their content, processes and ideas
  • Helping your colleagues get the most out of our technology

  • Salary between €4,414 and €6,306 depending on your knowledge and experience. This salary is based on 40 hours per week. It is also possible to work 32, 36 or 38 hours per week

  • 13th month and holiday allowance are paid with your monthly salary
  • 27 vacation days for a 5-day working week and one Diversity Day
  • A modern pension administered by BeFrank

Who you are

  • Experience with support & change (solutioning, configuration & set-up) in Workday HR
  • Experience with Workday modules Talent & Performance, Learning, (Advanced) Compensation and Benefits is a plus
  • You understand the business of HR and the different expertise areas within (e.g. human capital development, reward, recruitment)
  • Project & change management: you have experience working in digital HR projects and have driven adoption through change management and clear communication
  • You have a strong analytical focus. You like to come up with creative solutions to business needs

You will join a tight-knit team of dedicated digital HR professionals. As part of our team, you will work together with international colleagues based in 10 different countries. Our official office language is English, and your colleagues will have a wide variety of backgrounds, with a diverse range of ages and a good gender ratio. Our department is known for its friendly, informal vibe with a collaborative atmosphere that allows for knowledge transfer. We have regular after-work drinks and quarterly team gatherings.
