Job Description
As part of our transformation, we are looking for an experienced HR Data and Systems Manager to lead the deployment of a new global HCM solution and the creation of an HR data lake (this is a 12 month fixed term contract). This role is key to enhancing our HR technology, streamlining processes, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the business.
Reporting to the Group Head of Reward, you will collaborate with HR, IT, and leadership teams to shape the future of HR systems and data management, supporting both short-term reporting needs and long-term strategic transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Data Lake Development: Lead the design and implementation of a centralised HR data lake, ensuring data governance and integration for better reporting and analytics.
- Global HCM Implementation: Manage the phased rollout of a new global HCM system, ensuring alignment with HR strategy, system configuration, and smooth integration.
- System Testing & Deployment: Oversee system configuration and testing to ensure functionality and user satisfaction and manage data migration from legacy systems.
- Training & Change Management: Develop and execute a change management strategy, deliver training, and support post-implementation adoption across the organisation.
- Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Manage interim HR data reporting, implement analytics within the new system, and drive continuous improvement in HR data processes.
Location:
This is a hybrid role based in London, with some travel required across the UK and Europe.
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone with:
- Strong technical and analytical skills, with experience in HR system implementation and data reporting.
- A solid understanding of HR processes, ideally in an international context.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results.
- Strong communication skills, particularly in data presentation and stakeholder engagement.
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work across teams and geographies.
