This position is in Bosch Engineering Centre of Budapest but working for Headquarter in Germany. Regular business trips or even foreign assignment at the beginning will be expected.
Job Description
Dedicated HR Data Analyst to drive strategic decision making and to increase efficiency.
- Analyze large datasets from HR IT systems, linking them to HR processes to identify patterns, trends, and insights for global HR topics
- Utilize tools such as Excel, macros, Power BI, etc., to develop and enhance analytical solutions for HR
- Coordinate cross-functional reporting and present analysis results visually and clearly to stakeholders at all levels
- Develop independent analytical solutions and further refine existing tools to support HR digitalization
- Collaborate with a dynamic, international team to optimize HR processes and embrace a pragmatic approach to big data and databases
- Onboarding: 1 year assignment in Germany
Qualifications
- Bachelor and/or Master degree on a relevant field
- Passion for data analysis and exploration of new HR topics
- Strong familiarity with Excel, macros, Power BI, and other analytical tools
- High IT affinity with knowledge of analytical methods and data visualization
- Experience with relevant IT systems (SAP, HR Global, Compas, Power BI), SQL, and HR processes
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex data in an understandable manner
- Independent problem-solving skills, structured working style, customer-oriented approach, and team player mentality
- Enthusiasm for big data and curiosity in understanding and optimizing HR processes
- Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
