BBH is looking for an experienced Analyst to support global HRBP team by providing insightful reporting of critical people related factors.
Your responsibilities:

Collect global HR data and metrics to identify, analyze and interpret key people trends.

Address challenges coming from mass volumes and fast paced business environment.

Make sure analysis is presented in a clear, concise, and business-relevant manner to key stakeholders in HR, and in business. Continuously improve the metrics, reports, presentations, and quality standards.

Assist HRBPs globally with data related projects.
Our requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in data analytics, ideally for HR (experience with Training &Development or Compensation data analyses will be added value)

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, finance, business, or statistics

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills (ideally commercial experience in both)

Ability to effectively analyze and synthesize large amounts of complex data into relevant insights

Detail oriented and capable of delivering high level of accuracy

Excellent written and oral communication in English
