We are looking for a motivated, action-oriented HR Coordinator with a motivated attitude for a positive working environment, to join our team based in Belgrade and bring impactful HR solutions in a matrix organisation.

Key responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day HR operations throughout the employee lifecycle (joiners, leavers, and everything in between)
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including paperwork, system updates, and scheduling
- Help collect and organize HR data to support payroll and HR reporting
- Be the first point of contact for employees’ questions about HR policies, procedures, and general queries
- Support the planning and coordination of employee events and engagement activities
- Help with internal communications and promoting employer branding initiatives
- Provide basic support on employee relations matters, helping managers with documentation and HR guidelines
- Assist in tracking performance reviews and training/development activities
- University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or another related field
- Experience in Payroll and Benefits Administration, Labor Law, Data Analysis will be considered a plus
- Up to 2 years of experience desirable
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) efficiency
- Fluency in English and Serbian, both verbal and written
- Attentive to details and excel in execution
- People-oriented with excellent communicating and influencing skills
- Upholds integrity and ethical standards in all interactions
- A self-driven problem solver, with a strong sense for prioritization
