Leidos is currently seeking an early career Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our best-in-class HR team to provide HR support to our Enterprise Functions Human Resources organization. The HRBP will work with colleagues and program leadership to deliver and develop HR programs by identifying solutions that support near and long-term business objectives. The HRBP will identify opportunities for HR to engage effectively with management, demonstrate HR value by aligning to business objectives, and support change management activities. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, coaching and consulting; developing selection and retention strategies; and delivering on HR programs (e.g. Performance Management, Talent Management, Compensation, Rewards and Recognition, Compliance, etc.) This role provides an exceptional opportunity for learning, in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide HR support for one or more Corporate Functions, enterprise-wide, by proactively identifying resources and solutions to formulate actionable options for leadership;
- Provide consulting support in the areas of employee development, performance management, and workforce relations;
- Create solutions to retain and reward employees;
- Execute on organizational change actions and workforce change management;
- Collaborate with Corporate Centers of Excellence and other functions / organizations;
- Gather and analyze business data in order to inform decision-making; and,
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, working in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (or any related field) and 2+ years of relevant experience;
- Broad HR expertise, to include responsibility for producing and presenting data;
- Strong organizational skills demonstrating consistent follow-through and attention to detail;
- Strong verbal and written communication and consultation skills with ability to distill complex issues into a cohesive and concise summary;
- Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; and,
- Must be able to work independently in a remote environment.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience creating and executing talent development plans and actions;
- Experience addressing employee performance deficiencies.

Pay Range:Pay Range $57,850.00 - $104,575.00

Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
