The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a HR Business Partner France (m/f/x)* you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Here, you will make an impact by:
- Driving local execution of people priorities for the business while addressing critical local issues
- Providing coaching to country people leaders and employees
- Leading and/or participating in the local delivery/implementation of complex and global change projects
- Partnering with leaders to execute plans in alignment with business priorities, portfolio decisions, operating model changes, etc.
- Leveraging strong project management capability by leading diverse HR projects across multiple disciplines
- (Re)designing HR processes to align to the new operating model and HR structure, in alignment with global initiatives and roadmap
- Creating and implementing employee engagement initiatives to meet specific or nuanced needs within a business or function
- Consulting, guidance and coaching on a wide range of HR topics, employee engagement, performance management, organizational development, diversity and labor relations for the assigned functions and/or businesses.
- Monitoring key HR metrics and analyze them to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborating in HR projects and supporting the continuous improvement/digitization of HR processes.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher (degree in labor law preferred)
- Professional experience in the HR, preferably in Health Care Sector/ Med Tech
- Profound knowledge of French labor law and the associated co-determination aspects and relevant experiences in working with works councils.
- Fluent in French and English
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
- Ability to successfully collaborate in a global, matrix organization both within HR and business
- Experience in translating global initiatives into local execution
- Experience with or demonstrated knowledge of change management, including identifying change impacts, creating and implementing mitigation strategies, and measuring change process/success
- Strong problem solving and prioritization
- Great communication skills, to build strong and trusting relationships with various stakeholders.
- Resilience and capability to achieve results - even in difficult conditions
- Negotiation and influencing skills
- Strong collaborative skillset
- Diverse experience across multiple HR disciplines preferred
Work location: Cergy; France
- Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Solventum office in Cergy at least 2-3 days per week)
Travel: May include up to 20% [mainly domestic/ occasionally international]
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
