Missions :

Supporting our growth in the UK, Benelux and Italy, your are the lead HR for these area and partner with local leaders and employees while :

Business Partnering:

  • Acting as a trusted advisor to local managers, providing HR expertise and guidance on operational people topics from organization, resources to talent development.
  • Applying HR programs and initiatives to your local population
  • Promoting and upholding Exotec culture in your perimeter and in all your actions.

Employee Engagement & Development:

  • Applying the global career & talent development policy locally to ensure and develop a strong talent pool
  • Managing the performance assessment process locally and contribute to the development of a high-performance culture.
  • Working with managers to identify talent/skills gaps and implement learning and development solutions.

Employee Relations:

  • Being the HR partner for employees and managers, providing guidance and trainings on HR policies, procedures, and conflict resolution.
  • Addressing and resolving employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner.

Talent Acquisition:

  • Assisting managers in the definition of their resource need.
  • If required, supporting Exotec's talent acquisition team in the processing or qualification of local candidates.
  • Ensuring effective onboarding plans for local employees.

Payroll Administration:

  • Overseeing accurate and timely payroll processing for employees in UK, the Netherlands, Belgium,Luxembourg and Italy.
  • Coordinating with third-party payroll providers to manage payroll inputs, tax compliance, and benefit contributions.
  • Ensuring compliance with local tax regulations, social security contributions, and other statutory obligations in each country.
  • Addressing payroll-related queries from employees, ensuring prompt and accurate resolutions.

Office and Workplace Management:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of our new Birmingham office, ensuring its attractiveness for local teams.
  • Acting as the local point of contact for facility and workplace management topics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HRBP, preferably in a multinational organization in several European countries.
  • Strong understanding of European labor laws, especially in the UK and Netherlands.
  • Knowledge and experience in payroll processing is an asset.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in payroll processing and HR operations.
  • Proficiency in HR and payroll software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Dutch or Italian is a clear advantage.

Travel Requirements :

  • Role based in our Birmingham office with occasional travel to France (HQ), the Netherlands, Belgium, and Italy for business meetings, training sessions, or employee engagement initiatives.
  • This role can also be remote for candidates based in the Netherlands who are open to travel to the UK offices on regular basis
