HR Assistant
Role and Responsibilities
HRIS Management
- Manage HRIS data entry for current and former employees
General Administration
- Collaborate with multiple internal departments within HR.
- Perform special projects as assigned by the HR Manager
- Handle sensitive and/or confidential employee information; and provide excellent customer service to all employees.
- Act as a first point of contact for any HR-related inquiries
Employee Communication
- Prepare and distribute HR information to employees
- Answer questions from employees and managers regarding benefits, HRIS, employee handbook, etc.
Other HR-related tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- 2-year college degree or above (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- At least 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- (Preferred) Familiarity with Workday HRIS
