We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR Assistant Intern. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple HR departments, including benefits, recruiting, and HR operations.
As an intern, you will work closely with our HR Director and team to support various projects and day-to-day tasks. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn about the diverse functions of Human Resources and contribute meaningfully to a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help the benefits team with document processing, employee inquiries, and benefit audits.
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to answer candidates’ calls, respond to emails, coordinate interview arrangements, etc.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and HR communication projects.
- Perform research and provide administrative support for special HR projects.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy in all work.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in exploring different areas of HR.
