Your Role...

ReSource Pro is seeking an HR and Recruitment Lead to support recruiting and inclusion initiatives. The position will be responsible for recruitment efforts in Belgrade. This position will collaborate effectively. The HR and Recruitment Lead will lead Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives that may span across the HR function and involve additional project teams.
This position is onsite at our office in Belgrade.
In this role, you will...

  • Support recruitment lifecycles, existing inclusion programs, and recruiting programs
  • Assist with building new, and work on existing, people-focused initiatives and programs, especially talent planning
  • Prospect and build a passive candidate pipeline for recruitment
  • Prepare, maintain, and upload employee and new hire documentation
  • Create and monitor posting, drafting, day-to-day managing, and removing of all jobs on applicable job boards
  • Conduct interviews and early-stage culture vetting of candidates
  • Assist with leading compliance, documentation, and process initiatives for Belgrade office operations
  • Demonstrate HR best practices, state, and national labor law regulations
  • Build onboarding initiatives for new employees, including best practices, culture, orientation, and cross-functional outreach
  • Participate in and support Talent initiatives and team member projects in the areas of campus relations, recruitment marketing, passive candidate sourcing, talent analytics/dashboard reporting, and/or social media
  • Help identify training needs and opportunities for teams and individuals


What You Need to be Successful...

  • 4-5 years' experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition
  • Secondary education, four-year duration (Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Social Services, or Related Field)
  • Computer proficiency and technical aptitude
  • Experience with ATS and recruitment systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective planning and priority setting
  • Project and team management/leadership skills and experience
