About the Role
We're seeking an experienced HR Analyst to provide operational support and people data insights during our high-growth phase. In this crucial role, you'll manage core HR processes such as payroll, onboarding/offboarding, and reporting. You'll have the opportunity to streamline systems, improve data accuracy, and contribute to a positive employee experience, working closely with our People team and department leaders across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly and monthly payroll in a timely and accurate manner

• Track and report on employee attendance, leave balances, and schedule adherence

• Generate weekly and monthly HR reports, including headcount, attrition, and onboarding metrics

• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and exits, ensuring compliance and a smooth experience

• Prepare employment contracts, documentation, and other HR-related letters

• Maintain and update employee records in our HRIS and document management systems

• Ensure data consistency and support audits and compliance-related activities

• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve HR processes and tools

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an HR Analyst, HR Coordinator, or People Operations role

• Experience processing payroll and managing HR documentation

• Strong attention to detail and high standards for data accuracy

• Proficiency in Google Workspace and HRIS tools

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote environment

• Availability to work during US business hours

• Collaboration: Slack, Google Workspace, Notion, Ninety, Microsoft 365

Job Details:

• Full-time status (40 hours per week)

• Salary: 3.5 USD/hr

• Schedule: 4 hours PH time, 4 hours EST time
