O que faz um Analista de RH na Hogarth?
Como Analista de RH, você terá um papel crítico no recrutamento e integração de talentos, na gestão de relações com os funcionários e no apoio a iniciativas organizacionais-chave. Você utilizará sua experiência para aprimorar as estratégias de RH, promover uma cultura colaborativa e garantir o alinhamento com os objetivos de negócios.
Áreas de Responsabilidade
- Liderar os processos de recrutamento do início ao fim para funções estratégicas e de liderança, garantindo diversidade e qualidade.
- Supervisionar e orientar a auxiliar de recrutamento, fornecendo orientações e treinamento.
- Desenvolver e entregar materiais de treinamento e realizar sessões de treinamento online.
- Criar e manter dashboards no Power BI para monitorar KPIs, indicadores de clima e métricas de recrutamento.
- Coordenar iniciativas de comunicação interna, incluindo campanhas de endomarketing.
- Colaborar em projetos de aquisição de talentos.
- Otimizar processos e sistemas de RH para aumentar a eficiência e escalabilidade.
- Apoiar os esforços de desenvolvimento organizacional, com ênfase em planejamento estratégico e tomada de decisões.
Requisitos
Habilidades Técnicas
- Forte conhecimento em estratégias de recrutamento, métricas de RH e desenvolvimento organizacional.
- Expertise no design e implementação de iniciativas de engajamento e desenvolvimento de funcionários.
- Familiaridade com softwares e ferramentas de RH para otimização de processos.
- Proficiência avançada em Excel e algum conhecimento em Power BI.
- Possuir inglês avançado.
Formação
- Graduação em Psicologia ou Recursos Humanos.

- Mentalidade proativa e voltada para soluções, com habilidades excepcionais de organização.
- Comunicação eficaz e habilidade para construir relacionamentos entre equipes diversas.
