HR AI Risk Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the AI governance process to ensure compliance with GSK standards, relevant regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Identify potential risks associated with HR AI systems both procured and internally developed, including ethical, operational, and cybersecurity risks.
  • Collaborate with Business Owners and HR AI Review Team Members to ensure HR AI project assessments are complete and accurate.
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks, ensuring the safe and responsible deployment of AI technologies.
  • Manage the progression of HR AI projects submitted for review, ensuring timely completion and delivery.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance HR AI governance program efficiency and quality.
  • Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Proven knowledge and experience in risk management and program management.
  • Basic understanding of AI technologies, ethical considerations, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Relevant certifications in risk management, project management, or AI are a plus.
