We are currently seeking an HR Advisor to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a dedicated HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering a comprehensive range of HR services provided by the HR Service Centre team to ICON's internal customers. This dynamic position offers ample growth opportunities within the HR domain, allowing you to engage not only in your day-to-day responsibilities but also to actively contribute to significant HR projects.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Provide essential HR support services, fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture among diverse internal teams.
  • Address HR-related inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring alignment with service levels.
  • Offer insights and guidance on HR processes and policies throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Provide HR advice to employees and managers, escalating issues per guidelines when necessary.
  • Collaborate with HR Managers for issue resolution and follow-up, ensuring comprehensive customer support.

Your Profile:

  • Hold a degree in Human Resources.
  • Possess at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Prioritize customer service and timeliness.
  • Excel in collaboration and initiative.
  • Embrace diversity and inclusion in HR support.
