Job Description:
We are looking for a temporary HR / People Experience Advisor (PEA) to join the HR team in the cookies and chocolate factory in Herentals.
Yourresponsibilities:

  • First point of contact for workers and their managers for all HR (non-payroll) related questions;
  • Recruiting and welcoming workers, technical staff and job students;
  • Provide support to managers in performance reviews, absenteeism, social legislation, HR policy questions, end of career interviews,...;
  • Preparing and possibly attending (informal) consultations with employee representatives;
  • Contributing to HR projects such as social elections, ...
  • Local rollout of, a.o. the annual Mondelez engagement survey, training weeks "growing here weeks", ...
  • Administrative processing of employee data in our system Workday and/or ServiceNow;


Your Profile:

  • Initial experience in a manufacturing environment;
  • You have a bachelor's degree in HR or other relevant field;
  • You are customer and service oriented;
  • Handy with HR systems, Workday is a plus;
  • You are a team player and have strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Good analytical skills and proactively looking for improvement opportunities;
  • Fluent Dutch spoken and written;
