Objetivo: Proporcionar atención y soluciones de servicio al cliente interno con relación a procesos de recursos humanos para contribuir al cumplimiento de los objetivos organizacionales, asegurar que el proceso de pago de nóminas sea efectivo y apegado a LFT y al reglamento interno para garantizar el correcto pago al personal de todas sus prestaciones.
Actividades:
- Revisión de pre-nominas del personal de la planta mediante reporteo de incidencias.
- Revisión de plan de producción para realizar propuesta de cambios de turnos y seguimiento con supervisores para la aplicación en sistema Tress.
- Consulta y atención con supervisores para la correcta captura de incidencias (permisos, autorización de tiempos extras, vacaciones etc.).
- Revisión de incidencias aplicadas para aclaración de dudas que tengan los colaboradores referentes a sus pagos, vacaciones, permisos, datos personales, tiempos extras, deducciones y cuestiones que tengan referentes a la empresa.
- Generación de bajas y transferencias de personal en sistema workday y seguimiento de aplicación en sistema Tress.
- Generación de txt en sistema Tress de todos los movimientos efectuados a los colaboradores (altas, bajas y modificaciones de salario)
- Envió de txt de movimientos al portal IDSE. Seguimiento en la aplicación y aceptación de movimientos cargados para garantizar el correcto pago del IMSS.
- Atención a renuncias y ó terminaciones, aplicación de encuesta de salida.
- Solicitud de finiquitos evaluando incidencias de los colaboradores y prestaciones, así como la entrega de calculo, convenio y cheque.
- Solicitud de convenio a despacho de Asesores legales
- Programación y entrega de finiquito.
Requisitos:
- 2-4 años de experiencia en prenómina y/o actividades de Recursos humanos
- Licenciatura o Ingeniería culminada.
- Inglés conversacional.
- Experiencia deseable en industria manufacturera de +500 empleados
