Join the Global HR Support team within GEA HR Operations. From our hubs in Berlin, Bogota and Kuala Lumpur, we provide HR support, consulting, training and resolve queries on a wide range of HR topics raised by employees and managers in over 50 countries worldwide. Our colleagues offer support in the areas of on- and off-boarding, learning, talent and performance management, employee relations, employee experience, total rewards, employee & manager services, HR systems and processes.

Your tasks include:

  • Be responsible for ongoing HR service delivery, administration of employee life cycle events, handle various HR topics and support payroll team.

  • Be responsible for generating documents, letters, templates and reports

  • Document process changes and communicate it to all affected interfaces (ServiceNow, Workday)

  • Maintain employee data in HRIT systems

  • Execute employee data standards, processes and policies across regional HR Operations to create an outstanding employee experience, simplicity and customer satisfaction 

  • Fulfill service level agreements, operational level agreements and other KPI’s, align on appropriate actions if figures are not met 

Your Profile / Qualifications

  • Apprenticeship (Ausbildung) or university degree preferably in Business Administration or Human Resources or vocational training & professional experience (> 2 years) 

  • Min 1 year HR background OR experience in data management

  • Good problem solving and administrative as well as high organizational skills, e.g. managing multiple open requisitions 

  • Experience in delivering quality work in fast-paced environment 

  • Fluent in Danish and English, additional languages are a plus
