HR Admin Assistant - URGENT HIRING!

Key Responsibilities:
Employee Onboarding & Orientation – Organize pre-employment documents, maintain accurate employee records, and oversee employee orientation materials.
HR Administrative Support – Manage HR databases, oversee HR documents, and assist in employee onboarding and 30-day training.
HRIS & Payroll Management – Ensure accurate encoding of employee profiles in HRIS, oversee timekeeping system access, and facilitate payroll ATM cards & company IDs.
Employee Support – Address HR-related queries and provide timely assistance to employees.
Process Improvement – Track onboarding actions, update HR materials, and ensure efficiency in all HR administrative functions.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a company with 1,000+ employees (BPO experience is a plus).
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong knowledge of labor standards, HR best practices, and company policies
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
