You’ll be in the room where it happens—working closely with Revenue, Risk & Compliance, and leadership to shape how we do business, globally.
💼 What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of all things legal—providing wise, actionable advice and helping us scale responsibly.
You will:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of sales, vendor, and partnership agreements
- Maintain and refine contract templates and processes for our global SaaS operations
- Design and improve internal legal workflows and contracting strategies
- Support new product launches from a legal perspective
- Provide legal guidance for compliance initiatives and cross-functional projects
- Collaborate with outside counsel and synthesize their advice into practical business solutions
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Bar membership in good standing in any U.S. state
- 3–5 years of experience (bonus points for experience with SaaS transactions)
- Expertise in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
- Strong grasp of how legal language impacts business outcomes
- Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills
- A collaborative, business-minded approach to problem-solving
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
- Remote (U.S.-based; must be available 8 am–12 pm Pacific Time)

What We Do
Seeq Corporation develops software and services that accelerate industrial process analytics on industrial process data.
Industrial process data is the collection of time-series data, events, and signals, as well as related contextual data, generated by production and manufacturing organizations. Due to the high volume, velocity, and variety of these data streams, industrial process data typically requires extensive manipulation to enable insight and analytics.
Seeq's sophisticated yet easy-to-use analysis tools are applicable for industrial markets like oil refineries, pharmaceuticals, and energy production.
