ABOUT THIS POSITION:
As a High-Ticket Closer in our sales department, you will play a pivotal role in converting qualified leads into paying clients by using a consultative and relationship-driven sales approach. You will engage with leads who have expressed strong interest in our premium products or services, guiding them through the final stages of the sales process and closing high-value deals. Your success will directly contribute to the growth of our business and the satisfaction of our clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead Conversion: Take over qualified leads from appointment setters or marketing teams and guide prospects through the final stages of the sales process to secure high-ticket sales.
- Consultative Sales Approach: Understand the needs, pain points, and goals of prospects, offering tailored solutions with our premium offerings.
- Close Deals: Use advanced sales techniques and strategies to close high-value deals with confidence and professionalism.
- Build Rapport & Trust: Establish strong relationships by demonstrating industry expertise, active listening, and a genuine interest in client challenges.
- Overcome Objections: Skillfully handle objections and concerns, turning doubts into reasons for prospects to move forward.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to present solutions effectively to high-value prospects.
- CRM & Reporting: Track progress in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and report on performance metrics including call outcomes and sales results.
- Collaborate with Team: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless client experience from initial consultation to post-sale follow-up.
- Follow-Up: Actively follow up with leads who need additional information or persuasion to finalize sales.
- Manage Sales Process: Own the sales process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and professional journey for clients.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven Sales Experience: At least 2+ years of experience in high-ticket sales, preferably in B2B, consulting, or coaching. Experience with premium products/services is a plus.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with a knack for building rapport and trust quickly.
- Confidence & Persuasion: Skilled in negotiation and closing sales in high-pressure situations.
- Empathy & Emotional Intelligence: Ability to listen, understand client needs, and provide solutions that align with their goals.
- Self-Motivated & Results-Driven: Able to work independently and exceed sales targets while maintaining professionalism.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), communication platforms (e.g., Zoom, email, phone), and sales tracking systems.
- High Energy & Positive Attitude: Enthusiastic about sales, motivated by achieving results for clients and the business.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset and a commitment to working together with the sales, marketing, and customer support teams.
