General Description:
Under the direction of the Director Commercial this individual will be responsible for maximizing BeiGene's products in the served territory. in coordination with Medical colleagues, implements the commercial strategy, generating demand and unlocking access barriers in the area and is responsible for achieving defined sales targets within an agreed expense budget in close alignment and collaboration with the other functions. In addition, supports and advises the key account customers in the territory in an appreciative, open minded and honest manner.
Responsible to drive and implement commercial strategy considering the particularities of each stakeholder aiming at improving the patient journey and expanding access, contributing to a sustainable health system by unlocking access barriers.
Essential Functions:
- Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets and marketing objectives.
- Develop and execute a call plan that achieves call metrics targets and optimizes coverage and frequency to key customers in order to maximize access and sales opportunities.
- Achieve agreed contact, coverage, and frequency objectives through various communication channels.
- Develop business plans and implement related activities such as customer events, sales and marketing campaigns, sales presentations necessary to achieve agreed objectives.
- Maintain and improve product knowledge, product strategy, positioning and key messages.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and best-in-class customer relations. Ensure accurate and timely completion of all reports.
- Positively contribute to the Sales and Marketing team through cooperative relationships and collaborative efforts to achieve team and company objectives.
- Develop long lasting relationships based on value addition to the key stakeholders of the assigned territory.
- Deep understanding of the health system in the region where it operates, considering all institutional stakeholders, HCPs, care networks, regulation, legislation, and the existing interrelationship in the health system in the regions.
- Identify access barriers and be able to unlock them, liaising with key parts of BeiGene organization to develop tailor solutions.
- Work in partnership with all in field members, to collect relevant information and build the commercial strategy to ensure that commercial proposals are aligned with customer and patient needs.
- Develop and engage a multi-stakeholder network in an ethical and sustainable manner, both within public and private institutions.
- Map opportunities for regional events and organization and execution of local symposia and workshops with the key customers
- Participation and customer care in local, national, and international meetings and symposia
- Ensure compliance within all activities to maintain the highest standards of patients focused ethical conduct in line with our values.
- Consistently ensure operating in accordance with BeiGene´s Standards of conduct and all applicable local laws and regulations
Minimum Requirements – Education and Experience:
- Degree in Administration, Health Sciences or similar.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Sales Consultant, ideally handling highly specialized products.
- Oncology experience preferred.
Other Qualifications:
- Experience in Public Market (INSABI-IMSS-ISSSTE).
- Extensive demonstrated background in sales, territory management, Key accounts management.
- Tracked experience managing private and public customers, solid network and understanding of health care system.
- Specific knowledge in hematology-oncology and distinct knowledge in project management
- Strong identification with BeiGene´s values and loyalty to the company
- Willingness to learning and continuously developing (training and coaching)
- Demonstrated success in a small but fast growing, entrepreneurial commercial environment.
