Your Next Career Opportunity – Helpdesk Support Internship
Support the office in general. Implement administrative policies alone or with other team members, performing the following duties.
What You Will Do – Primary Responsibilities
Information Technology

Assist users with technical PC and mobile-related issues.

Install and configure Microsoft Windows on PC hardware.

Assist the desktop support team with various issues.
-
Configuration and set up of locally and remotely deployed equipment.
-
Assist with hardware inventory-related activities.
-
Hardware-related Break-Fix on Lenovo products.
-
Packing and shipping of equipment as needed.
-
Virus-related support and removal as necessary.
-
Other general desktop support-related activities.

Assist with moving IT equipment for employee moves.
What You’ll Need – Qualifications & Requirements

H.S. Diploma/GED plus College Degree-seeking student; or recent graduate and <1 year relevant experience.
