We are growing and are looking for a HelpDesk Specialist to be the first responder and provide technical assistance to our employees in a variety of issues: computers, meeting rooms, networking, and business applications.
Job Description:
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance
- Troubleshoot, resolve, or escalate tickets that have been assigned
- Install, make changes, and repair computer hardware and software
- Create and manage users and permissions
- Provide an outstanding customer service experience in a variety of circumstances across all organizational levels
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved

Requirements:
- 2+ years of IT experience in a mid-size enterprise environment
- Requires sufficient knowledge of IT operations, responsibilities, workflow processes, and procedures to resolve most inquiries independently
- Good analytical and communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work effectively with clients and other Systems Division staff
- Knowledge and deep understanding of system networking and security on Mac and windows distributed systems
- Experience with configuration management tools, such as Okta - Advantage
- Experience with Automation of Infrastructure using Terraform And Wortako tools - Advantage
- Experience with cloud security best practices, including: authentication and networking - an advantage

We are located in San Francisco, Tel Aviv, This position is based in Tel Aviv.
Our office in Tel-Aviv is located in Menachem Begin 150, within walking distance of Arlozorov and Ha'Shalom train stations.
