This role consists of System Access Administration for a wide array of Broadridge applications for all clients. Actions include interacting with various groups during production issues, communicating issues, problem resolution and post mortems to the affected client base. This is an entry level position with growth opportunities within the Client Services Division.


This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote and meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed.


Job Description

Provides post-sale technical support services to customers, including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution and maintenance.

  • Responds to customer questions regarding operation and malfunctions.
  •  Advises customers on preventive maintenance and configuration adjustments to improve product performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Applies a theoretical knowledge-base to work to achieves goals through own work
  • Characterized by specific functional expertise typically gained through formal education
  • May provide guidance to others as a project manager using technical expertise
  • Requires knowledge and experience in own discipline; still acquiring higher-level knowledge and skills
  • Builds knowledge of the company, processes and customers
  • Solves a range of straightforward problems
  • Analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures
  • Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction
     

Experience:

  • College degree required
  • Requires understanding and application of procedures and concepts within own discipline and basic knowledge of other disciplines
  • Business Expertise:
    Understands key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work
  • Leadership:
    No supervisory responsibilities but provides informal guidance to new team
    Solves problems in straightforward situations; analyzes possible solutions using judgment and precedents
    Impact:
    -Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team; works within guidelines and policies
    Interpersonal Skills:
    -Explains complex information to others in straightforward situations

Salary range $65,000- 70,000. Bonus Eligible.
