What you'll be doing

• Managing and promoting the Helion Surgical Integration platform within an assigned geography, focusing on surgical professionals such as surgeons, nurses, and operating room staff.
• The successful candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of OR procedural workflow, medical A/V technology, and IT systems performance.
• Develop system launch strategies, engage with customers, address system and user issues, and improve customer experience.
• The individual will also complete extensive prospecting, lead generation, and lead follow-up for sales teams, schedule customer sales calls, and ensure clinical adoption across the entire surgical product portfolio.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is ideal, experience in IT Support and/or Sales
• Customer Service experience, especially with Post-sale follow-up
• Touble shoorting and diagnose experience with medical devices or any kind of devices
