Join us as a Head of Talent Acquisition for Central & Eastern Europe and help us drive and execute our Talent Acquisition mission and vision. Partner closely with Key Stakeholders, TA Community and HR Business Partners to successfully support business needs in the organization that brings brands such as Toblerone, Milka, Oreo and Delicje to our consumers all over the world.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Shaping and executing Talent Acquisition strategy for the Central & Eastern Europe (app. 25 countries) in terms of recruitment, employer branding, early career programs, university relations, technology, etc.
- Lead, motivate and develop a team of Recruitment Leads and Recruiters, Coordinators and Early Career Specialists (6 direct and 25+ indirect reports).
- Collaborating with the Business and HR Leads in the geography to understand business priorities. Creating, delivering and monitoring appropriate plans and strategies to deliver talent needs aligned with the Mondelez Talent Acquisition Strategy. Bringing subject matter expertise and market insights to talent discussions.
- Partnering with the Europe Talent Acquisition Lead to introduce business unit needs into the Europe Talent Acquisition Strategy.
- Ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience and continuous improvement of the Talent Acquisition process, through the identification of issues and proactively proposing improvements and supporting the changes.
What you need to be successful:
- Strong Talent Acquisition background in demanding markets, gained in an international company - experience in the fields of FMCG, manufacturing or engineering will be an advantage.
- Experience in leading and developing high performing teams, building engagement and guiding through change.
- Solid stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate with all levels of leadership as well as to flex from strategic thinking to tactical and operational delivery.
- Proactive and continuous improvement mindset, able to suggest innovative ideas.
- Full Professional Proficiency in English.
The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland.
No Relocation support available, however for candidates voluntarily moving internationally some minimal support is offered through our Volunteer International Transfer Policy
