At Dexcom, we are committed to revolutionizing diabetes care with innovative technologies and a dedication to excellence. As the Manager of Talent Acquisition, you will be instrumental in driving our recruitment strategy and leading our Talent Acquisition Team in our Global Service Center (GBS) organization in Vilnius. Do you have the leadership expertise to make a tangible impact in this vibrant environment?

Where you come in:

  • Strategic Leadership: You create and implement the strategic vision for talent acquisition, ensuring it aligns with the needs of our teams in the Global Business Service Center. Would you like to partner closely with the leadership team? You will be key to support requisitions across all functional units

  • Team Development: You lead, coach and develop our Talent Acquisition Recruiters, empowering them to deliver outstanding results. You foster a culture of growth and excellence within the team

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: You partner with the TA and HR team in EMEA and globally to address evolving talent acquisition needs and coordinate priority levels effectively. You drive consistency, effectiveness, and efficiency across the Talent Acquisition team to meet the dynamic demands of our business

  • Global impact: You work together with the Sr. Manager Global Flex and Global Flex Manager to ensure seamless sourcing support and coverage for critical roles. You bring to bear successful expansion playbooks to facilitate efficient management and communication

  • Process Optimization: You identify and implement process improvements to enhance the hiring experience for both hiring managers and candidates. You apply metrics to drive informed decisions and continuously elevate team performance

  • Strategic Partnership: You work closely with senior leadership to gain insights into the organization's strategic objectives and corresponding talent requirements. You provide expertise on external recruiting practices, innovation and trends to shape our talent acquisition strategies

  • Operational Excellence: You partner with Talent Operations to ensure a seamless new hire onboarding experience and maintain consistency across the Talent Acquisition team. You encourage your team to get involved in TA projects.

What makes you successful:

  • Do you bring in-house experience as a Manager in recruiting in an industry environment for an international, fast paced company? xperience in life sciences industries, such as medical devices, biotech, or pharmaceuticals, is a plus

  • You demonstrated expertise in partnering closely with senior management to drive recruitment efforts for your company. You are able to define, implement and adjust your talent acquisition strategy

  • You have experience leading teams in a matrix organization and are effectively communicating across different teams and reporting lines

  • You have strong supervisory experience with a track record of hiring, performance management, mentoring, and team development. You are able to resolve performance issues effectively and develop a high-performing team culture

  • You are skilled in creating and using dashboards to set team goals, assess progress and implement operational plans.

  • Project Management experience: You have experience in running projects from A-Z and are a great organisational change leader in a matrix environment.

Travel Required: 5 %

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree or similar experience with 8-12 years of industry experience

  • You have appr. 5 years of previous team management experience

  • Experience working in a Matrix environment.

Hybrid Workplace: You will normally be able to work 2 days per week remotely. We wish you to be in the office approximately 3 days per week to meet your team in person and for project meetings and updates.

Monthly base salary for this position is from €4,157.92 to €4,891.67 gross. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
