What will you do?

As Head of Strategy, you will be critical for setting the overall direction of Mediahub’s strategic offering, championing the use of our planning process, and key proprietary insights suite, to ensure we are always living our promise to bring a challenger mindset and deliver the most creative media solutions in the industry.

You will help elevate our work for existing and potential clients, striving to set a consistently higher, more ambitious bar.

As part of the Senior Leadership Team, you'll responsible for the positioning of the Mediahub brand, company culture and new business success in the UK. This is an opportunity to help shape the strategic direction - culture, positioning, proposition - of the agency.

The Strategy & Comms Planning Team act as the strategic and planning powerhouse across all of our business. Client teams are allocated a Strategy Director, who in turn report into the Head of Strategy.

About you

We are looking for someone with demonstrable senior strategy experience who thrives on exploring changing consumer behavior, global trends, and competitive insights to discover new innovative solutions. Passionate and curious about media, both traditional and new, you'll be tapped into the zeitgeist, and have a keen interest in how consumer behaviour can be leveraged to drive business results for our clients.

Mediahub is a media shop designed for challenger brands and within our agency, the Comms Planning/Strategy team is considered a self-led strategic team - When we say you need to have an entrepreneurial spirit, we mean it.
