- Responsible for developing potential overseas customers, maintaining customer relationships, and overseeing overall business goals for the company's various product lines (including overseas traditional security lenses, AIOT & consumer field lenses, ARVR & projection & camera, parts, modules, optical machines, and complete machine business).
- Responsible for product planning, closely cooperating with the product team to enhance product competitiveness, meet customer needs, and adapt to market changes.
- Responsible for team building, management, and training, aiming to improve the team's professional capabilities and collaboration efficiency, as well as to motivate the team's enthusiasm and creativity.
Market Expansion and Role Expectations
- Sales and Market Expansion: The candidate will lead expansion into European and American markets, starting with a small team and scaling up based on market feedback.
- High-Priority Markets: Focus areas include traditional security markets, smart home/consumer electronics, and AR/VR applications.
Budget and Work Location
- Flexible Budget: Budget will be determined based on candidate qualifications.
- Remote Work: Initially remote, with plans to establish an office later.
Expected Outcomes
- Sales Targets: Achieve $1 million in 2024, $5-10 million in 2025, and $10-30 million by 2026.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in marketing or related field.
- Over 8 years of experience in overseas business development/management, with experience managing business operations on a billion-dollar scale, and possessing strong capabilities in marketing strategy planning, execution, and implementation.
- Demonstrated experience in independently developing and maintaining relationships with major global customers, with rich cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills, and fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
- Experience in product planning, capable of proposing valuable product suggestions based on market demand and technological trends.
- Strong ability in team building, management, and training.
