Your Responsibilities (not limited to)
• The primary function is to generate new business leads and foster current customer relationships in the Region
• Development of industry partnerships and working with other regions and factories to provide optimal solutions to the customers.
• Leading a high-performance Regional Sales Team
• Support business growth strategy in the region
• Strategic and operational accountability of the Regional Sales
• Leading the development and market awareness of FLENDER solution.
• Developing effective, resilient working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensuring all Sales activities are carried out effectively and in line with internal and external governance and regulatory frameworks
• Establishing appropriate controls to monitor performance, and to drive future growth and development of the team.
• Supporting the implementation of current business improvement initiatives
• Reviewing the trends influencing the markets and developing innovative customer-centric strategies in response to these changes.
Your Strengths
• 8-10 years of related Sales experience.
• Knowledge of power transmissions and related equipment
• Proven experience of 5 - 8 years business-to-business relationships in mining & minerals in the respective region
• Technical understanding of Mechanical Drives and gearbox products so relevant Industry exposure is preferred
• Proficiency in managing system applications and CRM tools to operate independently
• Financial and business acumen
• Understanding Engineering concepts
• Tertiary qualification in engineering (Mechanical/ Mechatronics/ Mining/ Metallurgy) or relevant trade qualification is an advantage
