About the Role:

The Head of Revenue Operations is the strategic architect of Decagon’s revenue engine, serving as the critical nexus between data, strategy, and execution. You will transform raw operational information into a predictive, intelligent system that drives sustainable revenue growth. By bridging sales, marketing, and customer success, you'll create a holistic view of our revenue generation process, identifying opportunities for optimization, efficiency, and strategic acceleration.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the strategic planning for AI solution go-to-market approach

  • Design and implement comprehensive revenue performance frameworks

  • Implement and optimize AI-enhanced CRM and revenue technology stack

  • Integrate marketing, sales, and customer success platforms

  • Develop custom reporting workflows with machine learning insights

  • Ensure data integrity for complex AI sales cycles

  • Support deal desk and pricing strategy

You you’ll bring:

  • 8+ years RevOps experience in technical or AI-driven sales

  • Proven ability to operationalize complex sales processes

  • Strong analytical mindset with technical communication skills

  • Passion for AI technology and enterprise solution selling

  • Advanced Salesforce administration

  • Expert in SQL

  • Experience with enterprise AI solution go-to-market strategies

  • Ability to work out of our San Francisco office 5 days a week
