In the role of Head Relationship Management for the location in Salzburg, you will be part of the outstanding Private Banking team in Austria and directly manage around 20 people. From the areas of people management, risk management & administration and business development, the role includes the following agendas:

  • Resource planning and budget responsibility in the area of responsibility
  • Disciplinary and administrative management tasks, including employee appraisals and promoting employee development
  • Active coaching and support of (Assistant) Relationship Managers in achieving targets
  • Authorising account openings and recruiting new market employees
  • Monitoring operational risks in the front office and ensuring risk awareness among front office staff
  • Compliance with regulatory, legal and LGT-internal framework conditions
  • Ensuring compliance with the LGT advisory process and carrying out necessary training and certifications
  • Ensuring target group-orientated offerings and promoting business initiatives in line with the bank's strategy
  • Supporting client advisors in the acquisition and support of top clients and prospects
  • Identifying new prospects for the bank

Requirements

  • A-levels degree or other commercial education. A university degree in finance, economics, business administration or similar is preferred, CFP or CFA training is an advantage
  • At least 15 years of relevant expertise in private banking as a client advisor; experience in managing employees is preferred
  • Very good network in the upper client segment in Austria (focus on the greater Salzburg area)
  • Strong acquisition skills and high motivation
  • Willingness to travel for business in Austria
  • High ethical standards and a commitment to integrity and professionalism
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
     

In addition to an extremely interesting field of activity and our social benefits, we offer you a minimum salary - based on the above-mentioned minimum requirements - for the position from € 120.000,- per annum (depending on qualifications), with the willingness to overpay, a performance-related target bonus and a company car.
