Responsibilities

  • Oversee recruiter capacity planning to ensure optimal resource allocation and effective alignment of recruiter supply to business demand across the organization.
  • Working with Finance, People Partners and Strategy & Ops, help us systematize and scale headcount management, providing accurate forecasts and views on headcount and location planning.
  • Define and implement processes and tools to support the end-to-end recruiting system, resulting in optimized operations, improved candidate experience, data integrity, automation, and scalability of the Recruiting organization.

  • Set the pace and energy to design and execute an ambitious recruiting operations roadmap including candidate experience, tooling, capacity planning, data and analytics– you’ll refine processes and systems and implement efficient hiring practices.
  • Scale quality interviewing and selection - ensuring that we deliver foundational interview training to thousands of Stripe interviewers, establishing best practices related to interview preparation, candidate experience, written feedback and legal considerations.
  • Working with our People Research team, you will continue to drive structured interviewing frameworks resulting in consistent, high quality signal gathering to underpin candidate evaluation and continuously improve our quality of hires.
  • You will be responsible for defining and tracking metrics and implementing new ways of measuring effectiveness to ensure the strategy we set is measurable and exceeds standards.
  • Serve as a strategic talent advisor across Stripe and have an anticipatory lens for upcoming initiatives that match the ambition of an expanding organization.
  • Build and drive cross-functional partnerships with Compensation, HR, Finance, Strategy and Operations and others.
  • Partner with other recruiting leaders across Stripe and be deeply engaged as a member of the Global Recruiting Leadership team.
