Job Description

We are looking for a Head of Product to help strengthen our market position while exploring new avenues for growth. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will drive product excellence, data-driven decision-making, and innovation in discovery methodologies while refining our processes to ensure scalability and efficiency.

As a key member of the Product Team, you will play a vital role in shaping strategy, execution, and culture. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, values collaboration, and is passionate about making a tangible impact.

What will your day-to-day be like?

• Define and execute a product strategy aligned with business goals and growth opportunities;
• Work closely with the VP of Product Development and senior stakeholders to set priorities, roadmaps, and success metrics;
• Act as the product expert, understanding the market, competition, and the customer needs;
• Foster a data-driven culture, ensuring product decisions are based on insights, experimentation, and continuous learning;
• Implement frameworks to measure success and optimize product performance;
• Introduce and refine discovery methodologies to better understand user needs, market trends, and emerging opportunities in cybersecurity;
• Drive innovation by identifying new features, business models, and partnerships that enhance our competitive edge;
• Enhance product management processes and best practices to increase efficiency and cross-functional collaboration;
• Mentor and develop product managers, fostering a high-performance and merit-driven culture where the best ideas win;
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other teams on product positioning and go-to-market strategy.

Qualifications

Experience and Qualifications:

• A seasoned product leader with a strong track record in product-led growth;
• Proven expertise in data-driven decision-making, with experience applying analytics to product strategy;
• Hands-on experience with product discovery methodologies (e.g., Jobs-to-Be-Done, Design Thinking, Continuous Discovery):
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth environment, ideally within cybersecurity or SaaS;
• Experience in Security/Application Security is highly valued;

• Fluent in spoken and written English.
