We are seeking an experienced Head of Product Development to drive our product development operations, reporting directly to the CTO. This role balances operational management with cross-departmental collaboration, interfacing closely with Product Management, Customer Delivery, and Innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and coach Team Leaders and team members through regular One-on-One sessions
- Oversee performance management, training, and recruitment
- Define and implement product development processes with the CTO
- Partner with Product Management on the product roadmap and requirements
- Coordinate with delivery managers to address project gaps
- Define and monitor KPIs with the CTO, focusing on continuous improvement
- Lead methodology development, adapting processes for quality and efficiency
- Participate in architecture committees, contributing to design and specifications
- Collaborate with SMEs and Product Management to ensure high-quality specifications
Your Profile:
- Education: MSc in Computer Science or equivalent
- Experience: 15+ years in software development, with management experience
- Experience in both architecture and implementation-level software design
- Technical Skills: Java, Agile, Scrum, DevOps, CI/CD, Cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Languages: Fluent English; French or Polish is a plus
- Soft Skills: Leadership, communication, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration
