We are seeking a proactive and customer-centric Head of Product and Operations to lead the successful implementation of customer programs and manage operational excellence at RoboForce. This role will focus on ensuring seamless customer onboarding, translating business needs into actionable requirements, and driving programs from planning to execution. You will collaborate closely with customers, internal teams, and leadership to deliver impactful results while ensuring continuous process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during programs, ensuring their needs and goals are understood and met.
  • Lead program planning and execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to define and document clear, actionable requirements.
  • Understand customer requirements, explore use cases, and translate them into product opportunities.
  • Work closely with customers to identify pain points and gather insights for product improvement.
  • Facilitate feedback loops between customers, engineering, and leadership to align on priorities and deliverables.
  • Manage cross-functional relationships to coordinate resources and resolve roadblocks during projects.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in customer success, operations, or project/program management roles.
  • Strong ability to manage customer relationships, set expectations, and deliver high-impact results.
  • Experience translating customer business needs into clear project requirements.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with a track record of cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with robotics, hardware, or technology-driven industries.
  • Hands-on experience in project deployment for robotics solutions.
  • Experience with solar energy projects or solar farm construction.
  • Demonstrated experience improving processes and scaling operations.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to balance customer and organizational goals.
  • Proven success in managing customer programs or implementations.
