Head of Product and Operations

We are seeking a proactive Head of Product and Operations to manage customer programs and drive operational excellence at RoboForce. This role focuses on seamless customer onboarding, translating business needs into actionable requirements, and ensuring successful program execution.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for customers, ensuring their needs and goals are met.
• Lead program planning and execution to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to define and document clear requirements.
• Translate customer insights into product opportunities and improvements.
• Facilitate feedback loops between customers, engineering, and leadership.
• Manage cross-functional relationships to coordinate resources and resolve roadblocks.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in customer success, operations, or project/program management.
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships and deliver impactful results.
• Expertise in translating business needs into project requirements.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills with a history of cross-functional collaboration.
• Require 5 days/week in-office collaboration.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in robotics, hardware, or technology-driven industries.
• Hands-on experience in deploying robotics solutions.
• Familiarity with solar energy projects or solar farm construction.
• Proven ability to improve processes and scale operations.
• Strong business acumen balancing customer and organizational goals.
