The Role

The Head of Partnerships at Enboarder will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth through the development and management of strategic partnerships. This role requires a dynamic and experienced individual who can identify, negotiate, and nurture partnerships that align with Enboarder's mission and goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the HR tech industry, a proven track record in partnership development, and a deep understanding of the Enboarder platform and its integration capabilities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partnership Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy that aligns with Enboarder's business objectives.
  • Partnership Development: Identify, evaluate, and secure new strategic partnerships with HR tech companies, RPOs, consultancies, and other relevant organizations.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring mutual success and growth.
  • Negotiation and Deal Closure: Lead contract negotiations and ensure favorable terms for Enboarder.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (product, engineering, marketing, etc.) to ensure seamless collaboration with partners.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities and potential threats.
  • Partner Marketplace Development: Spearhead the development and management of a partner marketplace, fostering an ecosystem that drives collaboration and expands Enboarder's reach.
  • Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing partnerships team.


Who are you?

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in partnership development or a similar role within SaaS, ideally in the HR tech industry.
  • Skills:
    • Negotiation: Proven ability to negotiate complex partnership agreements.
    • Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
    • Technical Understanding: Familiarity with APIs and integrations.
    • Network: A strong network in the HR tech industry, RPOs, and big 5 consultancies is a plus.
    • International Experience: Ability to work effectively across time zones and cultures.
  • Other:
    • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop long-term partnership plans.
    • Results-Oriented: Proven track record of achieving partnership goals.
    • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
