About the Role: 

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to serve as the Head of Partner Sales, North America. In this role, you will develop and execute a high-performing partner sales strategy, fostering growth through strategic partnerships, alliances, and channel sales. Reporting to the Head of Global Partner Acquisition, you will own the regional partner sales function, driving revenue and ensuring alignment with our broader go-to-market strategy. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Strategic Leadership: 

  • Develop and implement the North American partner sales strategy to drive acquisition (both bookings and customer) growth and market penetration across multiple channels and product / solution brands. 
  • Build and nurture a robust ecosystem of partners, including resellers, distributors, system integrators, and technology alliances. 

Revenue Ownership: 

  • Achieve or exceed partner sales revenue targets by managing a results-driven partner sales organization. 
  • Monitor and optimize channel performance, ensuring partner alignment with sales goals. 

Team Building & Enablement: 

  • Recruit, manage, and mentor a team of partner sales professionals. 
  • Build High Performance teams and culture. 
  • Provide ongoing enablement and tools to empower partners and internal teams to succeed. 

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: 

  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and direct sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging and joint opportunities. 
  • Work with GTM marketing and product teams to refine target markets, key value propositions, and sales strategy execution. 
  • Represent the partner sales function at executive leadership meetings and contribute to overall company strategy. 

Data-Driven Insights: 

  • Develop KPIs and track partner performance to identify areas for growth and improvement. 
  • Leverage insights to refine strategies and programs, delivering measurable impact on revenue. 

Qualifications: 

  • Proven success in senior partner sales leadership roles, ideally within [industry, e.g., SaaS, enterprise technology, etc.]. 
  • Demonstrated ability to scale partner ecosystems and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving measurable business outcomes. 
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. 
  • Experience building and managing high-performing teams across multiple geographies. 
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making. 
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional, and inclusive culture. 

Preferred Experience: 

  • Background in working with complex partner ecosystems, including global systems integrators and large-scale distributors. 
  • Background in Identity, Privacy, and Security selling B2B2C. 
  • Familiarity with North American market dynamics and competitive landscape. 
  • MBA or advanced degree in business or a related field is a plus.
