This pivotal position will drive partner activation efforts through structured communication, events, and training, ensuring seamless integration and utilization of technology to improve partner end-client experiences.
The position will refer to the COO of Saxo Institutional and is placed in Saxo’s Group Commercial organisation. Saxo Institutional is responsible for delivering a world class Partner experience from across nine different offices to financial institutions in multiple jurisdictions. In this role, you will be responsible for facing off against many different stakeholders, including employees at our Partners, the Institutional Sales organization, and many other Saxo employees that assist in delivering an improved experience to the clients of our Partners.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Partner Activation Specialists to deliver exceptional end-client experiences and enable existing and new Partners to realise their full growth potential
- Organize and execute activation events for existing partners, focusing on industry-relevant topics and developments in Saxo’s solutions and services.
- Provide pre-sales support for partner activation, collaborating with Sales to identify and evaluate activation initiatives during Partner Go to Market Analysis.
- Drive data analysis on partner funnel conversion rates, identifying pain points and leveraging data-driven decision-making for activation opportunities.
- Ensure effective communication and commercialization of changes impacting partner end-client experiences.
- Oversee the inclusion of new operational campaign developments in partner collaborations and commercialize valuable local campaigns and initiatives.
- Secure relevant Saxo SME resources to support partner initiatives through advisory functions or practice sharing.
- Coordinate and oversee acceleration projects with partners, ensuring effective delivery and monitoring of efforts, and evaluate outcomes to refine strategies for future collaborations.
Candidate profile:
The ideal candidate will possess proven leadership experience in partner activation or a related field, with a strong track record of driving successful partner engagement and business improvements. Experience in B2C marketing is advantageous. An understanding of market trends, conversion drivers, and the financial services industry is beneficial. The candidate should have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders. Strong analytical skills are essential, with the ability to leverage data to identify opportunities and make informed decisions. The ability to work collaboratively across global and local teams, combined with a strategic mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving, is crucial. A passion for delivering timely, relevant, and engaging experiences that drive partner and end-client success is also important.
