The Head of Operations Role 🎨

As Head of Operations, you’ll help make Mindbloom the #1 trusted brand and a mainstream mental health treatment. You’ll take care quality and operational excellence to new heights and launch clinical products to amplify the value we deliver to our clients.


• Profitability: Strategically reduce care costs by improving efficiency across our clinician, guide, and support teams (200+ individuals)Life-Saving Treatment, At-scale: Optimize clinician and guide capacity to quickly deliver life-changing healing and growth 

• Seamless Client Journeys: Ensure high-quality and frictionless care by minimizing scheduling and fulfillment issues

• Breakthrough Therapies: Operationalize new clinical products, increasing LTV and expanding access to next-generation mental health treatments

Given Mindbloom’s funding and size, we heavily value the potential upside from equity in our compensation package. Further, note that Mindbloom has minimal hierarchy and titles, but the scope of role and compensation will be reflective of your level. The estimated annual salary range for this role is $180,000 - $240,000 USD. The actual base salary may differ based on your current level of job-related skills and experience, and on market data changes. Total compensation for this role may vary depending on equity, sales incentives (for sales roles), and benefits elected.
