What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading multi-product expansion growth, creating and leading the strategy to drive cross-sell and upsell within our signup base 
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and other DO product teams to refine the team’s roadmap and to implement product initiatives, from conception to execution, to increase ARPU
  • Overseeing the development and execution of A/B tests and other experiments to optimize product features and user journeys to drive ARPU
  • Collaborating with marketing, data, engineering, and design teams to ensure cohesive growth efforts and consistent user experience.
  • Prioritizing product enhancements and feature developments that drive upsell and cross-sell growth
  • Regularly presenting growth performance and insights to senior management, informing strategic decisions

What You’ll Add to DigitalOcean:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management & growth, with a proven track record in owning and leading growth-focused metrics
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with experience in metrics-driven decision making and A/B testing.
  • Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle and experience in agile methodologies.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to lead and inspire teams across the organization.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to balance short-term gains with long-term vision.
  • Technical acumen to effectively communicate with engineering teams and understand the product’s technical challenges.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for improving user experience and satisfaction.

  • We reward our employees. The salary range for this position is $210,000 - $230,000 based on market data, relevant years of experience, and skills. You may qualify for a bonus in addition to base salary; bonus amounts are determined based on company and individual performance. We also provide equity compensation to eligible employees, including equity grants upon hire and the option to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Program.
